Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service;
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of merchandise and installation and maintain department merchandising, pricing, and organization;
Communicate standard operating procedure direction to all associates in a timely manner;
Process customers at checkout using the point of sale system and handle refunds/exchanges;
