Sales, Water and Wastewater Treatment

Description

We are a manufacturing facility. We design and manufacture high technology water quality improvement products, eliminating algae safely through sonar waves in ponds, rivers, and lakes.

We are seeking inside sales representatives to contact interested prospective customers through email, inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS etc.

• You will have access to and will shadow current sales reps, and teams who are ready to support and aid in the development and training of your position to acquire your customer base.
• Communicate the voice of the customer to ensure satisfaction and provide clarity between the company and the customer on products delivered or to be delivered.
• This position is also responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information and entering data into the system.
• Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer, including shipping information and tracking numbers.

• 1 year of residential water treatment related experience desired.
• Classes in Biology with understanding of biofilm preferred.
• Highly self-motivated and enjoys being rewarded for efforts.
• Able to obtain important information from prospective customers in a professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Must reside in Tri-Cities, TN.

• Pay Range is Hourly Rate plus Commission.
• Vacations and paid holidays.
• Work hours are full time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
