Inside Sales Representative

Overview

CDF Distributors is an online leader in commercial doors, frames, and hardware (Division
8). Through our innovative Pro Builder website, we simplify the purchasing process for businesses nationwide. We’re not just selling products—we’re transforming an industry with technology, transparency, and top-tier customer service.

• Engage with warm leads via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Guide customers through the quoting and ordering process
• Review and revise quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

• Prior experience in sales or a call center environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
