Lead Technician – Puro Clean of Hendersonville

Overview

Puro Clean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, helps families and businesses overcome property damage from water, fire, mold, biohazard, and related conditions. We operate with a servant-based leadership mindset and aim to create an environment where team members can grow professionally by serving our customers, communities, and each other.

Responsibilities
  • With a "One Team" mentality, manage disaster response and crisis management activities for water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and bio-hazard clean-up.
  • Meet with customers to walk them through the process and assess the scope of work.
  • Supervise, develop, and mentor other technicians on the job.
  • Communicate the process to the customer and provide daily updates to insurance partners and centers of influence.
  • Assess and evaluate job severity and extent of damages.
  • Understand and promote operational systems used by the company:
    Company CRM, Xactimate, MICA.
  • Train new employees on the specific responsibilities for Technicians.
  • Maintain a professional, positive attitude and appearance at all times; wear the company-provided uniform when required.
  • Develop a team culture with all field operations staff and other members of the organization.
  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to complete emergency jobs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years field experience or IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification REQUIRED; IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT) or IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Able to work for extended periods in large and confined spaces.
  • Able to work for extended periods with respirator equipment; must pass respirator fit test and medical evaluation.
Compensation

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
