- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Friday & Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job OverviewWe are seeking Cable Technicians to support ongoing infrastructure projects in a large-scale data center environment. We are interested in candidates with experience in structured cabling, data centers, electrical work, low voltage systems, telecommunications, construction, or other hands-on trades. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working on critical technology infrastructure projects while developing technical skills in a fast-growing industry.
Responsibilities- Pull, route, and secure copper and fiber optic cabling
- Install cable tray, ladder rack, fiber runway, and other cable support systems
- Assist with rack and cabinet installations
- Support network infrastructure installations and upgrades
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation documentation
- Label, organize, and maintain cabling according to project standards
- Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete project milestones
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Structured cabling
- Data center environments
- Electrical work
- Low voltage installation
- Telecommunications
- Commercial construction
- Industrial or mechanical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well on a team
- CAT5e/CAT6 installation experience
- Fiber optic cabling experience
- Data center installation experience
- Rack and stack experience
- Cable tray or ladder rack installation experience
- Experience reading construction drawings or blueprints
This is a Contract position based out of Hendersonville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
