Speech Pathologist
A full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support K‑12 students in Hendersonville, TN. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in educational settings and working closely with school‑aged children to enhance their communication skills.
There Are Two Positions Open- One focusing on elementary school students
- One serving middle and high school students
Both roles require onsite presence and active Tennessee licensure. Candidates who hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply, as supportive practice environments are valued.
Key Qualifications- Valid Tennessee licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school‑aged children, preferably within elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Ability to deliver in‑person services and collaborate effectively with educators and families
- CCC certification preferred; candidates currently in Clinical Fellowship status are welcome
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct speech‑language therapy services to students within assigned grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
