Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)  - Hendersonville, TN

A full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support K‑12 students in Hendersonville, TN. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in educational settings and working closely with school‑aged children to enhance their communication skills.

There Are Two Positions Open
  • One focusing on elementary school students
  • One serving middle and high school students

Both roles require onsite presence and active Tennessee licensure. Candidates who hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply, as supportive practice environments are valued.

Key Qualifications
  • Valid Tennessee licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school‑aged children, preferably within elementary, middle, or high school settings
  • Ability to deliver in‑person services and collaborate effectively with educators and families
  • CCC certification preferred; candidates currently in Clinical Fellowship status are welcome
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct speech‑language therapy services to students within assigned grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
