Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in managing a small warehouse team of 1-5 members, ensuring efficient inventory control, receiving, order processing, and quality assurance. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager, this position supports daily shift operations and occasionally requires local travel in Nashville. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and certified forklift operation to handle heavy items safely and effectively.

Must be 21+ as you will be handling with government controlled alcohol products such as bourbon, whiskey, rum, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records
• Oversee receiving and order processing activities
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting compliance
• Implement quality control procedures for incoming/outgoing goods
• Coordinate daily shift work within the warehouse team
• Operate forklift to handle heavy items safely
• Support communication between warehouse and operations management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management and logistics coordination
• Forklift Operation Certification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills to manage daily shifts efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in warehouse operations
• Fork Lift Class I-III Certification
