Job Description

Parts counter sales person for Ditch Witch Equipment.

• Individual will be responsible for the receiving, shipping, and billing of parts
• Assist customers in locating parts, parts quoting, parts ordering, and parts invoicing
• Receive and manager high volume of customer parts calls and walk ins.
• Assist customers in locating parts, parts quoting, parts ordering, and parts invoicing
• Maintain clean work area and warehouse
• Ability to operate fork lift to unload incoming shipments and load outgoing customer orders
• Outstanding Customer service skills required
• Organizational and computer skills required using OEM specific software to assist customers with parts needs.
• Receive incoming ordered parts and verify PO against packing slip for accuracy
• Enter receiving and inventory information into the system

• The employee will occasionally need to lift or move products, up to 50 pounds.

Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

40 hours PTO upon hire

120 hours PTO at one year anniversary date

Must past standard background check and substance screen.

$25.00-$32.00 per hour D.O.E
