Overview

Traveling Associate Dentist to provide dental care to children and adults across multiple locations. Work with a team to deliver high‑quality care in a compassionate environment. Primary patient base ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.

• Provide comprehensive dental services to patients.
• Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
• Maintain office flow for average 10‑12 operative and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
• Use Denta Pro software, digital X‑ray, panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces.
• Participate in morning huddles and team communication.

• 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in relevant states.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassionate and strong desire to provide care to children and adults.
• Willingness to travel to specified locations.

• Guaranteed daily rate up to $1,200 per day during ramp period or a percentage of collections.
• Up to $75,000 sign‑on bonus based on experience and start date.
• Student loan repayment assistance $1,000/month.
