Position: Travel/Local - LTC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This 13‑week travel/local position places a licensed practical nurse in a long‑term care setting in or near Hendricks, Minnesota. The role provides bedside care, medication administration, and documentation, while supporting residents’ health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bedside care and administer medications to residents in accordance with state and facility regulations.
  • Assess residents’ health conditions and report significant changes to the supervising healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and observations in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to promote a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Qualifications:
    • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota
    • CPR certification
    • IV certification
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in long‑term care or similar settings
    • Ability to work evening shifts
    • Strong communication skills
    • Basic computer proficiency
