Position: Travel/Local - LTC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment in or near Hendricks, Minnesota. This role provides bedside care in a long-term care setting, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bedside care and administer medications to residents in accordance with state and facility regulations.
  • Assess residents' health conditions and report significant changes to the supervising healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and observations in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to promote a safe environment for residents and staff.
    • Qualifications:
    • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota
    • CPR certification
    • IV certification
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or similar settings
    • Ability to work evening shifts
    • Strong communication skills
    • Basic computer proficiency
