Travel​/Local - LTC Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Travel or local Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a 13-week assignment in or near Hendricks, Minnesota. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits while delivering quality care in a long-term care setting.

• Provide bedside care and administer medications to residents in accordance with state and facility regulations

• Assess residents' health conditions and report significant changes to the supervising healthcare team

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and observations in the electronic medical record

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to promote a safe environment for residents and staff

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota

• CPR certification

• IV certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or similar settings

• Ability to work evening shifts

• Strong communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency

You hold a current Minnesota LPN license with CPR certification. You have at least one year long-term care nursing experience. You can work evening shifts and document accurately in EMR
