Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners at Level 2 and Level 3 to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality early years education and creating a nurturing, inspiring environment where children can thrive.

Salary:
Level 2 – £25,500
Level 3 – £28,000

Our nursery rooms are flexible, and we always discuss room preferences during the interview process to ensure the best fit for both the practitioner and the setting. Whether your passion lies with babies, toddlers, or preschoolers, we aim to support you in working where you feel most confident and motivated.

Working Hours
All roles are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts vary depending on the needs of the nursery and typically fall within the following times:

* 07:30am – 4:30pm

* 8:00am – 5:00pm

* 8:30am – 5:30pm

* 9:00am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality care and engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

* Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing

* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

* Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s progress records

What We’re Looking For:

* A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

* A genuine passion for working with young children

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
