Are you ready to swap sea life for a prestigious land‑based role? An iconic private estate near Henley‑on‑Thames is looking for an ex‑yacht steward/stewardess to lead their housekeeping team and maintain immaculate, yacht‑level standards across the property.
Key Details- Location:
Rural Henley, Oxfordshire (live‑out) - Driving licence + own car essential
- Salary: c. £65,000
- Rota includes some evenings/weekends during entertaining
- Ideally former yacht steward/stewardess with exceptional housekeeping standards
- Immaculate eye for detail and presentation
- Confident leading a small team
- Discreet, calm, hands‑on, and polished
- Someone who loves precision, order, and delivering 7‑star service
- Leading the housekeeping team
- Maintaining yacht‑level housekeeping protocols
- Laundry & wardrobe management
- Preparing the home for guests and events
- Supporting service during entertaining
