• Evaluate patients  needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in occupational therapy.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centric approach.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
