Qualifications & Skills
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
  • Certifications:

    BLS, ACLS, or ARC equivalents, required at hire or within specified time frames
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and leadership abilities
  • Commitment to professional development and patient-centered care
Key Duties

Assess and monitor patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with team members, and ensure compliance with policies. Advocate for patients, support performance improvement, and contribute to a supportive, professional environment. Other duties include documentation, patient education, and supporting organizational initiatives for quality and safety.
