Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Day Shift

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Med Surg Registered Nurses to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a leading healthcare organization.

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation, building meaningful connections with patients and families.
• Create a safe, respectful team environment, contributing to staff engagement and participating in performance improvement, research, and shared governance.
• Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary teammates through ongoing education and competency assessments.
• Apply evidence-based practices, participate in patient care decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan proactively across the patient care journey, shape protocols, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience, with proficiency in computer data entry and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating critical thinking, time management, and clinical excellence.
