Training across Bio-Rad's global commercial organization has evolved organically over time-resulting in a mix of formal programs, regional adaptations, informal knowledge sharing, and undocumented trainer roles. While this flexibility enables speed and localization, it can also create duplication, inconsistency, and limited visibility into who is training what, how, and where.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Develop a comprehensive, structured view of how training is designed, delivered, and supported across the global commercial organization, including formal and informal trainer roles.
- Create a global "single source of truth" for commercial training by systematically collecting information through stakeholder surveys, cross-regional meetings, and review of SOPs and existing documentation to map current programs, protocols, delivery models, and trainer roles.
- Identify gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies in how training is designed, governed, and delivered, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs to enable leadership to make data-driven decisions about standardization and scale.
- Clarify formal and informal trainer roles and ownership structures by analyzing documented responsibilities and stakeholder insights, helping improve accountability, reduce duplication, and better leverage internal expertise.
- Surface scalable best practices and high-impact approaches by comparing regional models, delivery methods, and governance protocols, translating findings into actionable recommendations for global alignment and continuous improvement.
- Engage global commercial stakeholders across functions and regions to validate findings and present structured, executive-ready insights that inform the future strategy for Global Commercial Training.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership/ Development, Human Resources Management, Learning & Development / Instructional Design, Communications (with a business or corporate focus)
- Rising juniors, seniors, and master's students enrolled in an accredited university who plan to return the following academic year; 3.0 minimum GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
- Be willing to make a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week for 9 weeks from June 15 - August 21
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to collect, synthesize, and structure large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing surveys, facilitating discussions, and translating findings into professional, executive-ready presentations or reports.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a project independently, prioritize multiple work streams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Curiosity and process-oriented mindset, with interest in organizational design, training, change management, or operational effectiveness; able to identify patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities. *
