Essential Duties:
Role Model positive leadership, high energy, effective communication and personal integrity to build and maintain a respectful, results oriented Culture. Lead and Supervise a team of employees to ensure compliance with Brand standards, Company policies & procedures, and Government rules & regulations Demonstrate curiosity and a passion to learn, to teach, and to help others grow their skills and careers.
Learn and execute in the areas of Revenue Growth, Financial Control, Human Resources, Customer Relations, Marketing, Facilities Maintenance, Technology, and Administrative Duties.
Qualifications:
Energetic with a positive outlook. Aptitude to learn in this ever-changing business environment. High school diploma (College degree is a positive). Previous qualified management experience.
