Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a RA Specialist to join their team. As a RA Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Material Handling team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: RA Specialist
Location: Hercules, CA
Pay Range:
Shift: 6am-2:30pm
What's the Job?
- Perform daily routine tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and distributing materials.
- Load and unload trucks and other distribution channels, ensuring accurate handling of goods.
- Prepare domestic and international shipments, verifying goods received against documentation.
- Conduct initial quality checks on incoming products and stage materials for packaging.
- Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials and assist in cycle counts of physical inventory.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 0-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shipping procedures, including international shipping and hazardous materials handling.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions, with basic math and problem-solving skills.
