QC Specialist I

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and manufacturing industry, is seeking a QC Specialist I to join their team. As a QC Specialist I, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Support incoming raw material inspections and review Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Certificates of Conformance (CoC)

+ Manage QC sample pulls and retention samples to ensure proper documentation and storage

+ Generate, maintain, and distribute Certificates of Analysis across departments

+ Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Receiving, MSAT, Planning, and QC teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth material flow

+ Enter inspection results and quality records into SAP and other systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field

+ 0 to 2 years of laboratory or quality control experience

+ Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
