Position Overview

The Post Market Performance Follow (PMPF) Analyst manages and executes post-market follow-up processes. Responsibilities include reviewing scientific literature, coordinating with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, and RA/QA teams to gather inputs for reports, analyzing clinical studies and published experiences to assess product benefit-risk, and drafting report conclusions. You will also participate in new product development and sustaining projects, executing laboratory studies as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute PMPF process, overseeing report generation and scheduling.
  • Coordinate inputs among cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Review and analyze scientific literature, summarizing findings in protocol reports.
  • Ensure all deliverables are prioritized and aligned with safety update timelines.
  • Participate in new product development and sustaining projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Qualifications
    • BSc in a science-related field (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or similar).
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of immunoassays, infectious diseases, bacteriology, and diagnostic techniques, with at least 1 year laboratory experience.
    • Experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry preferred, familiarity with IVDR regulation 2017/746 advantageous.
    • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams.
