Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Overview

Shift Time - 8 AM to 4:30 PM (Plus overtime) Mondays to Fridays @ Hercules, CA

Duration - 6 months (may extend)

Pay - $50 / Hour

Qualifications - High School Diploma and HVAC Certification from trade school is mandatory

Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience required from commercial real estate buildings / bioTech companies - residential / apartment buildings experience is NOT considered for this role

Perform assignments involving repair, installation, alteration, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. These systems include, but are not limited to air handlers, exhaust fans, roof top package units, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC controls. The candidate will also be expected to perform general building maintenance activities and respond to emergency issues within buildings.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma and HVAC trade school certification
• Work Experience: 5 years of HVAC experience
• Team building (works well with others in a group setting)
• Knowledge of building management systems (ALC software is a plus)
• Ability to share knowledge of HVAC systems with co-workers
