As an Analyst, Business Support you will partner with Regional Managers, Plant Managers, and Operations Coordinators to support financial administration, vendor management, project coordination, and day-to-day business activities that contribute to safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

What You Will Do:

• Provide administrative and financial support for operations, including invoice processing, work orders, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Support accounts payable activities by coding, reviewing, and processing invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate vendor setup activities, assist with contractor management systems, and support the resolution of vendor-related issues.
• Administer project and expenditure tracking processes, helping maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support landowner payment distribution and manage filing and records administration activities.
• Assist with annual budgeting activities, including budget preparation, project creation, account verification, and financial reporting support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
