Job Overview

Health and Beauty associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Manage product display and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Coordinate and maintain inventory flow for health and beauty sections.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
