Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location;
Monitor entrances, exits, and designated access points to help regulate employee, visitor, and contractor entry and/or departure in accordance with site policies;
Verify identification, credentials, deliveries, and/or visitor logs while reporting unusual activity, policy violations, and incidents to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with escalations, alarms, and requested support during operational disruptions;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter as assigned
