Job Overview

Join our team at Vertu Volkswagen Hereford as a Commercial Service and Maintenance Technician.

We offer a basic salary ranging from £28,840 to £36,200 per annum, based on skills and experience, for a 40‑hour working week. Saturdays are paid as overtime, and an over‑performance bonus is available.

As a sign‑on incentive, receive £2,500 in month 1 and an additional £2,500 in month 13 of employment.

You will maintain, service, and repair vehicles to the highest standards, handling straightforward servicing as well as complex repairs. Delivering first‑time fixes and ensuring quality workmanship are core to the role.

• Relevant formal qualification in automotive – City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3.
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• MOT licence preferred but not essential.
• Own set of tools.
• Full UK driving licence.
