Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer
£45,000 + Overtime + Standby (c £2.5k)
Location:
Gloucester / Cheltenham / Hereford
Door-to-door travel paid.
This is a 50/50 split between air conditioning and refrigeration work, offering a great mix of service, maintenance and reactive repairs.
Responsibilities- Servicing and maintaining AC systems (splits, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs)
- Working on commercial refrigeration systems (packs, cold rooms, cabinets)
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Supporting clients across leisure, hospitality and retail sites
- Participating in a paid standby rota
- £45,000 basic salary
- c £2,500+ standby payments annually
- Overtime available (boost your earnings significantly)

- Experience in commercial environments (retail, hotels, leisure ideal)
- Full UK driving licence
