Position Overview

£35,124 - £39,807 depending on experience

• Visit customers in their homes across Hereford and surrounding areas, fixing appliance issues.
• Manage time throughout the day, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Maintain stock levels in your van day‑by‑day.
• Upsell products, earning bonus incentives on sales.

• Full, valid driving licence.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer preferred, but self‑motivation, strong technical and customer‑service skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, engage hand dexterity and colour vision, and differentiate live, neutral and earth wires.
• Health and safety testing required.
• City and Guilds‑assured in‑house training and support to deliver brilliant service.

• £35,124 per annum starting salary if no White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience; opportunity to earn £39,807 once fully trained and requirements met.
• £39,807 per annum starting salary with minimum six months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
• Bonus potential up to £2,500 per annum.
• Enhanced rate over time.
