Careium is seeking a Telecare Field Technician to install, repair or replace telecare equipment in customers' homes and supported housing. This is a field-based, lone-working role on a Monday to Friday 9am–5pm schedule with on-call shifts on a rolling rota, including nights and weekends.
You will provide calm, empathetic support, explain how to use the equipment, update records, and work independently while staying connected to the Careium team.
