Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

£45,000 + Overtime + Standby (c £2.5k) – Gloucester / Cheltenham / Hereford – Door-to‑Door Paid.

This is a 50/50 split between air conditioning and refrigeration work, offering a great mix of service, maintenance, and reactive repairs.

• Servicing and maintaining AC systems (splits, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs)
• Working on commercial refrigeration systems (packs, cold rooms, cabinets)
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
• Supporting clients across leisure, hospitality, and retail sites
• Participating in a standby rota (paid)

• £45,000 basic salary
• c £2,500+ standby payments annually
• Overtime available (boost your earnings significantly)

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer
• F‑Gas qualification (essential)
• Strong fault‑finding and servicing skills
• Experience in commercial environments (retail, hotels, leisure ideal)
• Full UK driving licence
