The Pillars of Hermantown is Ebenezer's newest managed senior living community in northern Minnesota, near Duluth. The Administrative Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative support to the community and may also serve as main receptionist for the community.
Schedule:
80 hours every two weeks; full time.
- Assists with billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable:
- Enters charges for miscellaneous services as assigned.
- Ensures paperwork for long term care insurance plans is completed as requested by the resident and invoices are sent.
- Assists with processing deposits.
- Assists in process Accounts Payable.
- Assists with confirming services (audits, charges) to ensure accuracy in Eldermark.
- Coordinates Resident Communication:
- Schedules care conferences.
- Maintains Resident Directories.
- Coordinates providers that come on‑site for services such as podiatry and physicians.
- Assists with resident correspondence.
- Provides marketing support as requested by collecting information from prospective residents and may provide tours for prospective residents.
- Coordinates Administrative functions:
- Assists Leaders with scheduling new employee interviews.
- If applicable, may assist with new hire paperwork.
- Assists with new hire personnel file set up.
- Coordinates Training and Maintains Records:
- Coordinates new employee training on the Friday after NEO.
- Enters and reviews completed training and reports issues to appropriate Leader.
- Reviews Educare for all departments reporting issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
- One to Three Years
- MS office
- Previous experience working with Eldermark and Educare
