Position SummaryWe are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You will help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.
You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

- Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options when needed.
- Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and that items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company's products and services.
- Conduct safety sweeps, follow procedures for handling merchandise, and correct and report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, process member purchases, handle payments, and use cash registers for transactions.
- Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, maintain parking lot cleanliness, and keep carts/flatbeds organized and available.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, applying related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
- Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.50 to $25.50. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
