Walmart Stores - Up to $38.46/hour - - Responsibilities:
Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates and providing feedback.;
Tour to Teach: communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, merchandising, and company direction.;
Leads change initiatives by providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicating objectives to teams.;
Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards and resolves customer needs and issues following the OBW service model.;
Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing Profit and Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses while managing inventory flow and shrink.
