Personal Shopper - Sam's PT

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items until Members arrive and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvement opportunities and adapting to changes while learning from feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

Demonstrates respect for individuals, works as a team, builds strong relationships, mentors others and acts with integrity.

Serves customers and members, makes decisions based on reliable information, balances priorities and strives for excellence by learning, taking risks and driving improvements.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.50 to $26.50. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
