Responsibilities
  • Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
  • Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
  • Fulfille Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan items, wrap and palletize items, ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, secure items until Members arrive, and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change and feedback.
  • Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
