Position SummaryDo you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to ensure members can find everything on their shopping list. Depending on your shift, you may move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, fulfill club pickup orders, or help members while stocking shelves. From unloading trucks in the summer to filling ice cream in the freezer, this fast‑paced, physically demanding role is like a paid workout.

Impact you will have:
- Promptly unload trucks
- Assist fellow associates as needed
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom
- Engage vendors and drivers positively
- Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and offering guidance on self‑service technology. Assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve member issues, and promote company products.
Maintain safety by performing safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain sales floor presentation by zoning, stocking, arranging, cleaning, and pricing merchandise; removing damaged goods; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile items.
Monitor food and merchandise quality via product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards, ensuring promotional and seasonal items are displayed prominently.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to feedback.
Ensure club pickup orders are filed and staged according to policy.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.50 to $26.50. Premiums may apply. The actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the location.
