Every project begins with a personalized consultation to ensure the final result reflects the client’s vision—making Miller Creek a trusted partner for beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawn and Landscaping Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This position plays the long game—building trust, expanding accounts, and turning strong networks into recurring contracts. It’s a highly visible, revenue-driving role responsible for managing existing clients while actively developing new business through networking, prospecting, and strategic account management.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $50,000–$65,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, construction management, horticulture, or related field; equivalent industry experience strongly considered
  • 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in:
    • Lawn care and/or landscape construction
    • Facilities services, snow removal, property/facilities services/management, or related trades
  • Proven experience managing long sales cycles and relationship-based selling
  • Demonstrated success growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Experience working with clients such as developers, business owners, property/facilities managers, and asset managers
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and collaborating with operations and estimating teams
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable owning a revenue target
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals (target: ~$1M annually)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive $1M+ in annual sales through maintenance, enhancements, and snow removal services
  • Conduct B2B outreach targeting developers, businesses, HOAs, property owners, facilities managers, asset managers, and other decision-makers
  • Manage assigned account leads and oversee the full sales cycle
  • Develop and present bids for services in collaboration with operations and estimating teams
  • Cross-sell additional services to existing clients
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts
  • Build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and expanded scopes of work
  • Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Operations Managers to ensure accurate proposals and seamless project handoffs
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and community engagements
  • Build and maintain a strong local network
  • Proactively identify new opportunities through relationship-building—not just cold calling
  • Manage communication with third-party marketing vendors
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party marketing partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned
