Moody Lagoon Restaurant at Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate in Walker Bay, Hermanus, seeks a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead a busy service and oversee stock, till and margins.
You will manage a team, train staff, rostering, and be the link between service and purchasing, while developing guests' wine experiences and revenue through strong product knowledge. Salary is negotiable on experience; own transport preferred; weekend work and events are required.
