Nex Gen, the self-perform arm of Gray Construction, is seeking a Site Safety Manager in Boardman, Oregon to lead safety programs on industrial and commercial projects. You will work with site management to enforce policies, conduct trainings, and ensure OSHA compliance across the site.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of safety leadership on large projects, CPR and OSHA 30-hour certification, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
