We're looking for a motivated MD/DO Primary Care Physician to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Hermiston, OR - just 3-4 days per month - and we think you'll love how we do things differently.
Enjoy a predictable, low-commitment schedule with zero nights or on-call coverage, plus the clinical backing you need to focus on what matters most: your patients. You'll be supported every step of the way with hands-on executive support.
What You'll Do- Round on patients during scheduled visits, building real continuity of care
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Work hand-in-hand with interdisciplinary care teams and facility leadership
- Chart smarter, not harder - with AI-integrated EHR documentation built for speed
- Current, unrestricted OR MD or DO license
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatrics preferred
- SNF experience is a plus, but not required
