RoleResponsibilities
In this ICU RN position, you’ll deliver comprehensive critical care to adults and, when needed, collaborate on complex cases requiring multi‑system assessment and rapid intervention. Key responsibilities include patient assessment and stabilization, ventilator and vasoactive‑drip management, continuous renal replacement therapy coordination, invasive line care, daily rounds with the multidisciplinary team, and meticulous documentation to ensure optimal continuity of care.
You’ll participate in evidence‑based protocols for sepsis, respiratory failure, shock, and post‑operative critical care, while educating families about treatment plans and prognosis with empathy and clarity. Compensation& Benefits

The assignment is scheduled to commence on 02/24/2026 and will run for a multi‑week duration, with clear expectations and proactive scheduling support to keep you aligned with your personal rhythms and professional goals.
