Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation: $185,000 - $215,000. Plus bonus opportunity. Annual CME allowance, PTO, and other great benefits provided.

Schedule

40 hours per week - days. May work an occasional Saturday as we expand clinic hours.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical exams.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as X‑rays, MRIs, and blood tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending physical therapy.
  • Perform wound care and manage cast application/removal.
  • Administer injections, including corticosteroids and joint aspirations.
  • Provide patient education on injury prevention, treatment plans, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Oregon state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • DEA unrestricted license for prescribing medications.
  • Previous experience working in an orthopedic clinic is required.
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and treatments.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
