Overview
Radiology Tech – CT Tech, travel assignment in Hermiston, Oregon. Start 07/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,231–$2,424 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12‑hour days. Work setting: rural, critical access hospital environment delivering CT and radiography services.

07/27/2026 - Work setting: rural critical access environment
- 50/50 CT and X-ray duties with potential to float to X‑ray up to half the time
- Perform diagnostic radiography procedures (X‑ray) and computed tomography (CT) procedures to aid diagnosis and treatment.
- Operate radiography and CT equipment; select exposure factors; position patients and equipment; immobilize as needed; document procedure details.
- Prepare patients for procedures; provide instructions to obtain desired results, minimize anxiety, and gain cooperation.
- Evaluate images for technical quality; ensure proper patient identification and documentation; maintain aseptic technique as required.
- Manage contrast media and/or medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner; assist with fluoroscopic and interventional radiography procedures; initiate basic life support if necessary.
- CT‑specific duties include protocol selection, venipuncture capability, image quality assessment, data archiving, patient education, and adherence to universal precautions.
- Licenses/registrations: OBMI‑registered CT technologist and ARRT‑registered CT technologist
- Certifications:
BLS (current) - Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program - Experience:
Experience performing diagnostic radiography and CT procedures preferred; ability to float to X‑ray duties as needed - Other:
Ability to work in a hospital setting and meet the shift schedule; CRASE training preferred (required if the assignment extends beyond 6 months)
