Responsibilities
  • Prepare, sterilize, and inspect medical instruments following SOPs.
  • Operate sterilization equipment and monitor cycle parameters for quality.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and PPE requirements at all times.
  • Maintain accurate instrument traceability and sterilization logs.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly.
  • Support department targets by achieving daily throughput and turnaround times.
  • Participate in ongoing training to meet compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure correct instrument sets for procedures.
  • Support inventory management, including tracking supply levels and replenishment needs.
  • Document non-conformances and participate in corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain organized workspace to facilitate high-visibility workflows.
  • Demonstrate reliability by meeting contract terms and on-site attendance requirements.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Sterilize and inspect instruments following SOPs with accuracy.
  • Operate sterilization equipment and validate cycle parameters regularly.
  • Follow infection control policies and PPE protocols at all times.
  • Meet daily throughput targets and adhere to turnaround times.
  • Maintain instrument traceability and sterilization logs precisely.
