Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Hermiston, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW- Outpatient behavioral health position serving children, adults, and families
- Provide screenings, assessments, counseling, and behavioral health interventions
- Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver care within an integrated community-based behavioral health model
- Maintain autonomy in care delivery while supported by a collaborative clinical team
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an underserved community
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No Weekends
- No On-Call Responsibilities
- Base Salary: $73,900 - $111,600 (Based on Experience)
- $5,500 Sign-On Bonus
- $4,000 Relocation Assistance (100+ Miles)

Requirements- Active Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License REQUIRED
- Outpatient behavioral health experience
- Behavioral health assessment experience
- Counseling experience across the lifespan
- Community mental health experience
- Care coordination experience
- Enjoys working with children, adults, and families
- Values integrated care and collaboration
- Strong assessment and counseling skills
- Interested in community-focused behavioral health
