Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN in Nursing
• Current Oregon RN license
• BLS — required
• ACLS — required
• At least 1 year of Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab experience in:
  • Circulating and
  • Monitoring
    OR
  • Experience as an OR manager/supervisor/coordinator
• Ability to provide direct supervision and coordinate RN, RT, and CVT staff
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, medical/legal, and accreditation requirements
  
  Key Clinical Skills
• Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology
• Circulating
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Moderate sedation
• Scrubbing interventional cases
• Vascular access/sheath pulls
• Medication administration, including anticoagulants and vasoactive drugs
• Management of complications such as bleeding, arrhythmias, contrast reactions, stroke alerts, and cardiac arrest

BSN + Oregon RN license + BLS + ACLS + 1 year IR/Cath Lab circulating & monitoring OR qualifying OR management experience.
