Interventional Radiographer
- Hermiston, OR
Local Pay: $69.70/hour
Travel Pay: $17.50/hour (W2)
Travel Rate (based on 20 hours):
Hourly $17.50, Stipend (Lodging $735.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,211.00, Total Comp:$1,561.00
Travel Eligibility:
Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operates fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Maintains optimal imaging, patient positioning, radiation safety, and ALARA standards.
- Performs scrub duties using sterile technique and prepares procedural instruments and supplies.
- Monitors hemodynamic data, ECG, oxygen saturation, medications, supplies, and procedural events.
- Assists with patient preparation, positioning, monitoring, timeout, sedation, and vascular access procedures.
- Collaborates with physicians and nurses on allergies, clinical conditions, and patient care.
- Maintains sterile supplies, inventory, equipment readiness, and room turnover.
- Performs routine equipment checks and reports malfunctions or service needs.
- Ensures accurate documentation, image transfer to PACS, and charge entry as required.
- Maintains patient safety, privacy, confidentiality, and professional standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Oregon State licensure issued by OBMI, ARRT certification, RT(R).
- Current BLS, ACLS certification (or within 6 months of hire)
- Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty preferred (e.g., RCIS, NIH Stroke Scale).
- At least one years experience in Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab managing fluoroscopy and scrubbing interventional cases.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- BS Radiologic Science/Medical Imaging
- At least three years in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab managing fluoroscopy, scrubbing interventional cases and functioning in a monitor role.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
