Data Center Technician II

Our client is seeking to hire Intermediate Level IT professionals who want to work in a Data Center environment. Our client is wanting to hire individuals with a passion for technology and computer hardware! Candidates with hands on experience in troubleshooting either computer or server hardware experience are encouraged to apply.

• The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision
• Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services;
• Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services;
• Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems;
• Install and deploy IT and network hardware;
• Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths;
• Support maintenance of infrastructure, network equipment, and network services, including but not limited to break-fix work;
• Perform Data Center hardware and inventory audits;

• Intermediate Level (Minimum of 6 months of IT experience)

This is a Contract position based out of Hermiston, OR.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hermiston, OR.
