Duration
: 6-month contract, potential extensions
Pay Rate: up to $25/hour
Locations

Requirements:
- Some IT support experience (hardware, cabling, desktop support preferred) can be in school or internship
- Basic OS knowledge (Linux preferred)
- Able to lift ~35 lbs
- Comfortable working hands‑on in a production environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a ticketing system
- High‑level understanding of networking, storage, or scripting
- Prior data center experience (enterprise‑scale is a plus)
- Troubleshooting and repairing servers
- Hardware diagnostics and component replacement
- Working tickets for incident management
- Supporting project and capacity work
- Very hands‑on, physical role (fixing things daily)
